Watching puddles…

Just a short one today, because I’m busy with the joys of watching puddles forming and feeling cosy and snuggled in while I enjoy my cross-stitch and a cup of good coffee and the company of my cats. Yes, I loved summer, but this feels so good too!

Add to that the fact that the schools go back on Thursday, so I shall be able to go for long walks with a cardigan on without coming back feeling too hot and sticky and enjoy the peace of the Harbour, and I’m quite happy that the seasons are turning. That’s the good thing about the year in a country like England. Whatever weather you’ve got, there’ll always be something else along, and you can make the most of it.


So today’s picture is of one of my cat quilts. It’s not quite cool enough to cuddle under it yet, but it won’t be long!
