Echoes... the new Amy Hammond cosy mystery is out.

Echoes is one of my favourites. I wrote it during the first lockdown because I wanted to see how much trouble Amy and Peter could manage to find and because the World War Two Home Front in Dorset fascinates me, as you’ll find this summer when a mini-series begins about the adventures of a Home Front housewife. There’ll also be a Lavender House that tells how the ghost came to lose her fiance in the last days of World War Two and what very different sorts of hero and heroine they were.

It also reflects my love of wholecloth hand quilting and my own Welsh heritage, and again, there’s a bit of social history in there.

I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it and I’d love to know what you think of it.
